Welcome to Cowboy Bites!
The Cowboy Bites blog was created to help keep you connected to a community dedicated to eating healthy "Cowboy Bites".
This blog is managed by Seretean Wellness Center Chef, Lisa Becklund. Lisa began giving cooking demonstrations at the Seretean Wellness Center soon after her arrival in Oklahoma from Seattle in 2003. Her classes have a large following and incorporate healthful recipes and a lot of laughs.
Lisa draws from her experience as an ex-restaurateur in Seattle to becoming an Oklahoma farmer. When she is not cooking and teaching at the Seretean Wellness Center she’s on her 7 acre homestead, The Living Kitchen. To learn more about Chef Lisa and her Living Kitchen, click HERE.
